Listed in our menu, you will find many guest pleasing favourites. However, these are suggestions. We can make a cake using virtually any flavour combination upon inquiry. With the traditional fruitcake a thing of the past, there are unlimited choices and varieties too choose from in today's world of cakeries. Since we do not charge extra fees for choosing a different flavour for each tier, you will want to take advantage of all the decadent tastes we have to offer for your special day.

White Cakes

• Coconut Cream Cake - Very light coconut flavoured cake filled with delicious shredded coconut & coconut butter cream.
• Coconut Bar - Buttery white cake filled with a layer of premium chocolate & fresh coconut.
• White Truffle Strawberry - Light textured white cake with white truffle chocolate & strawberry or raspberry preserve.
• Vanilla with Cherries - Rich vanilla cake filled with butter cream, whipped with chopped maraschino cherries (can add chopped walnuts).
• Lemons and Cream - Our white signature cake combined with a creamy lemon butter cream.
• Almond - White cake with subtle almond flavour, with almond & white chocolate butter cream, (can add shaved almonds in filling).
• White Hazelnut - Signature Frangelica flavoured cake, chopped hazelnuts option (Frangelica butter cream & chocolate fudge layer).
• Raspberry White Chocolate - Moist white cake layered with white chocolate chunks and raspberry preserves.
• Amaretto Cream - White cake with a filling of Amaretto cream with the option of nuts for a little extra crunch.
• Island Pina Colada - Summer favourite coconut & rum flavored cake filled with crushed pineapple, coconut flakes & butter cream.

 

 

Spiced Cakes

• Cinnamon Swirl - Moist cake swirled with a cinnamon streusal mixture, layered with brown sugar & cinnamon butter cream.
• White Chocolate Chai - Chai spiced cake layered with white chocolate truffle filling.
• Orange spice - Mouth watering orange cake spiced with nutmeg & rum, filled with light chocolate butercream and a hint of Amaretto.
• Traditional Spice Cake - Like Christmas at Grandma's, this cake can be filled with a brown sugar butter cream or cream cheese.
• Carrot Cake - We make a very moist carrot cake filled with cream cheese.
• Apple Cinnamon - The taste of fresh apples & cinnamon combined with brown sugar butter cream.
• Carmalized Pear Pecan - Delicious cake made with a mixture of carmalized pears & spices, filled with cinnamon & pecan butter cream.

• Chocolate Lovers Cake - Rich chocolate cake made with two types of chocolate, filled with our special recipe of chocolate fudge.
• Chocolate Raspberry - Dark chocolate cake filled with a layer of chocolate butter cream & raspberry preserves.
• Mint Chocolate Dream - Great for summer weddings, chocolate cake with a hint of refreshing mint butter cream between the layers.
• Salted Chocolate Caramel - Chocolate cake layered with salted caramel & bits of toffee.
• Chocolate Peanut Butter - One of the world's favourite combinations in this chocolate cake filled with creamy peanut butter fudge.
• Chocolate Mocha - Chocolate cake filled with mocha butter cream & coffee liqueur.
• Cafe Mocha - The taste of coffe & chocolate combined, filled with chocolate butter cream & white cholate chunks.
• Chocolate Macadamia - A rich choclate cake combined with decadent Macadamia nut, filled with our special chocolate fudge.
• Chocalte Hazelnut - Chocolate cake made with chopped hazelnuts filled with a chocolate butter cream & hint of Frangelica.
• Chocolate Orange - Lovely combination of moist chocolate cake with a subtle orange & Gran Marnier cream filling.

• Caramel Apple - Mom's applesauce cake filled with a soft caramel center.

• The Elvis Cake - Favourite flavours of "The King" we offer this moist banana cake layered with crunchy peanut butter & chocolate fudge.
